The Motorbike Show Triumph Special
Triumph recently opened their doors to ITV to film The Motorbike Show Triumph Special focusing on their factory in Hinckley. Triumph, the oldest motorbike brand, was founded by Siegfried Bettmann in 1883.
In 2017 Triumph turned to Junair to install a paint finishing facility including a clean room, deionisation area, waterwash spray booth, flash off area and a cure oven. In the ITV special, presenter Henry Cole was shown around parts of the paint plant and was particularly interested in the waterwash spray booth and the solvent recovery system.
The Triumph paint process line is a bespoke solution designed and developed in conjunction with the client to ensure the finished facility meets with their core missions ‘to provide striking innovative motorcycles to as high a standard as possible.
