Jaguar Land Rover Engineered to Order division is expanding its operations following the department’s official unveiling at Beijing 2012.
To enhance the bespoke offering for high-end customers, Engineered to Order has launched a dedicated paint shop at Jaguar Land Rover’s Solihull manufacturing plant.
Kevin Walsh, Bespoke Business Manager for Jaguar Land Rover explained, ‘This self-contained facility forms phase one of our Engineering to Order manufacturing programme which will enable customers seeking greater levels of customisation to personalise their Jaguar Land Rover vehicle to suit their own specific requirements, delivered with even higher levels of quality.
Kevin added ‘We want to make the Engineered to Order customer very much part of the manufacturing process. This is a vehicle which is being designed to suit their specific requirements – a one off.

Aside from providing outstanding energy saving and functionality, a LEVAC or EVAC fully extracted and balanced floor is included with the oven and coupled with full length, full width plenum, Jaguar Land Rover are provided with downdraught airflow throughout the cabin that’s unparalleled.
