Here’s an exciting glimpse into our latest conveyor project currently in the commissioning phase: a cutting-edge powder coating line that seamlessly combines automated and manual processes for the powder coating of security doors, where components can be loaded and unloaded in a stationary position along the conveyor line.
To enhance quality control, we’ve incorporated five distinct LED-lit workstations. The workstations, shown in the images below, illuminate the product and offer the invaluable advantage of improving the inspection of items prior to coating or unloading.

In the event that a defect is identified during loading or unloading on the powder coating conveyor system, there’s no need to halt the production flow. Our Power and Free conveyors allow the affected item to remain on the line. It’s seamlessly redirected to a manual line, where operators can promptly address the issue and apply corrective measures.
