How Junair’s building services help speed up a project
When it comes to the formative stages of spray booth installation, Junair’s building services form a vital part of the whole process but they can be a little overlooked. The technological aspects of our work (the research, testing, and implementation) garner the most recognition, but without our build team, we wouldn’t get very far at all.
With all that in mind, here is a brief insight into how our building services can help in your spray booth installation. For a more detailed look at our services and products, take a look at our various brochures.
We construct the extraction pits
It all starts with your spray booth extraction pits, which our building team can take care of. There are three main specifications when it comes to extraction, and a quick chat with our specialist build team will help decide which specification works best for you. Firstly, there is cross draft (for wall input and wall extraction). Secondly, you have semi downdraught (for roof input and rear wall/side wall extraction). Lastly, you can choose downdraught (for roof input and under floor extraction).
We also install external spray booth bases
Of course, the base of your spray booth is a vital aspect of the entire system’s productivity and with our building services, you’ll get to choose what is best for you. Whether you go for the EVAC or LEVAC extracted floors, our team will be available to talk you through floor options so you can choose with confidence.
We install the wall openings and roller shutter doors
Our spray booths are highly technical and designed to make the operator’s job as simple as possible. This is why our solutions go through several cycles of testing because it’s the end user that we’re thinking of. This applies to the wall opening and shutter door work carried out by our building team. We can install fully insulated and electronically operated shutter doors, as well as various wall openings placed strategically around the spray booth cabin.
We also build steel buildings (valeting/storage areas)
We place just as much importance on the additional extras, so if you find it useful to have a storage area around your spray booth, or maybe a valeting section, then our building services can make it happen. Our steel buildings can serve many different functions, so all you need to do is speak to a member of our team and you’ll get as much information and guidance as you need.
We help with cutting and sealing roofs and inserting wall holes for ductwork
This is the kind of work our build team excel at, and it’s invaluable. You will need roof work when your spray booth is installed, and that roof work needs to be carried out by workers with the necessary equipment and qualifications. We help with anything from the cutting and sealing of roofs to various ductwork tasks. Again, just get in touch and we’ll take care of the rest.
