We installed a total of eleven 5 series spray booth ovens which means GKN are now benefitted with eleven of the most well engineered, energy efficient and productive spray ovens on the market. This production enhancing equipment combines to provide something often so rare in the industry – a high quality paint finish at the lowest possible cost per unit. The 5 series features an LEVAC or EVAC fully extracted and balanced floor which is incorporated into the spray booths, while they meet all NADCAP standards.
Our technology will excel tremendously in a working environment that has to adhere to a very tight time scale, and featuring a 25% reduction in the total process time, we’re confident that GKN will experience significant improvements.
