Accident repair company, Alan Reed Ltd in Shildon, County Durham have recently integrated Junair’s new SiriusLED lighting system into their new build workshop facility and have been over the moon with the results.
Being tasked with the total fit out of such a facility is no easy task, but it has allowed the company to focus on getting all aspects of it right first time based on the years of experience they have gained from their existing building.
Michael Reed, Owner of the business said; “Since we were investing so much into our new build, we didn’t want to compromise on something so vital as lighting, Junair just know our industry, so we knew they would get it right.”
Lighting of body shops is an eternal battle; it can’t be too bright or too dull and shadowing can cause lots of problems in getting the right vehicle paint finish. The linear installation of the SiriusLED lighting system is perfect for covering a large area and its wide angle of view means that light is right where you need it to be.
Michael continues; “When my Dad, Alan saw the facility all lit up, he said; ‘where’s my shadow?’ He was amazed by how it looked.

Junair engineers are on hand to develop a custom lighting design that best suits a customers’ needs. Not only does Junair supply the industry’s best lighting, but they can install on site if required.
The Alan Reed team fit the lights themselves and their electricians remarked that they were incredibly easy to fit.
“If you have any problems, Junair were always on hand to help us. Like us, they are a close-knit team and really approachable. You know who you’re dealing with, which is really reassuring” said Michael.
