A guide to the correct spray booth temperature settings
There are many ways that you can increase productivity while maintaining spray booth efficiency, and perhaps one of the best is through the actual spray booth temperature settings. Understanding spray booth temperature settings will give you a foundation on which you can get the best results out of your system.
However, as no one job is the same, it’s more useful to look at the different bake profiles that we can offer. Our iSystem3 control panel allows you to automatically switch between profiles to reach a temperature that suits your product and process.
Spray booth temperatures available on the iSystem3
iSystem3 has the ability to set baking profiles that are variable to suit the paint system used and process required. For example, an initially lower temperature can be programmed to give a flash off period prior to then ramping up to the full bake temperature, then finally a cool down before switching off and the lights coming back on. All of this is pre-programmed so that the operator doesn’t have to think.
The temperature you choose depends on the job at hand, and they’re not in any way fixed. With the iSystem3, you can configure the exact length of time needed so you have completely custom controls.
As with most other Junair Spraybooths products, we give you customisation options to help make your processes as efficient and as comfortable as possible.
